Warm and welcoming, ten kilometres away from
Sienna this is an ancient, XVth century villa, recently restored
by a sensitive and art historically conscious architect and
designer who has chosen to preserve the very best of the Tuscan
tradition where nature and culture have mingled for centuries.
The antique spaces have been reinvigorated, made more
comfortable and personalized whilst using traditional local
materials, rough stone, terra cotta, wrought iron, wood.
There are six complete and elegant, well-appointed apartments,
complete with stylish fitted bathrooms and kitchens.
Each one connects with the central patio which has large tables
and barbecue.

common living room with a large screen TV. Washing machine,
access to internet are shared
Three apartments are ground floor and suitable for guests with
reduced mobility.
Suite 1: RAFFAELLO – 4 persons 85 m2
Located on the ground floor, it has a terrace deck to dine
outside facing the fields. The living room has large openings
and a dining table for 6/8 persons. The separate kitchen area is
spacious and modern.
Two double rooms share a bathroom with shower
Suite 2 : MICHELANGELO – 4 persons 82 m2
Located on the ground floor it has an independent entrance
through a small patio, a kitchen and dining area , the living
area and two double rooms. . Bathroom with shower.
The outdoor space is a stone patio, with relax chairs, teak
dining tables and benches
Suite 3: GALILEO - 4 persons 102 m2
Located on the ground floor it has an independent entrance
through a large kitchen/dining area. The living has been
organized inside the old cellar XIII century.
The two double bedrooms face the central courtyard. The bathroom
has a contemporary design bathtub
Apartment 4 LEONARDO 100 m2 (4 persons)
Located on the first floor , with a living area and the kitchen.
Two double rooms with a view and interior stylish fittings. The
guests use the outdoor facilities of the central courtyard
NB : Leonardo hosts 4 persons but its entrance, living room and
kitchen can be shared with apartment TIZIANO (1 en suite
bedroom).
The price of LEONARDO+TIZIANO depends on the number of guests
(max 6), the duration and period of stay.
Apartment 4+5 Leonardo + Tiziano Surface: 140 m2 ( 6
Persons )The entrance, living and kitchen are common to
apartment LEONARDO.
Apartment Giotto Surface : 35 m2 (2 Persons) The entrance
is located on the backside of the villa, through a small
staircase. It has an elegant bedroom with a four-poster teak
bed, a kitchen and dining and a separate bathroom with shower
Brenna a little village
is 12 kilometres from Sienna, 80 km from the beach
The villa is ideally suited to visit truly legendary Tuscany:
Sienna, Chianti, Val d’Orcia, ancient villages, medieval
cloisters and landscapes
Stroll to the village and back, dine at the pizzeria and trattoria nearby. Go for a swim in the nearby Mersa river,
horse-back riding in the local Riding Centre.
