La fattoria VERDE OLIVA si trova in via Roma 602, a 7 km. dal Capoluogo Bagno a Ripoli in direzione San Donato in Collina. A 12 Km. dal Centro Storico di Firenze. A 9 Km. dal casello autostradale della A1 uscita Firenze Sud. A 13 Km. dal casello autostradale della A1 uscita Incisa. Servita da mezzi pubblici di linea (SITA) (solo diurni)
VERDE OLIVA è una antica fattoria del XV sec. Tutti gli edifici sono stati restaurati come la piccola e graziosa orciaia, la simpatica cantina, le due camere e i due appartamenti indipendenti che sono situati in caratteristici fienili di pietra.
Le due camere con bagno sono arredate in stile, fornite di frigo, ed accessori per la preparazione della colazione e di piatti freddi da poter consumare o nelle camere stesse, o sulla spaziosa e bella aia in pietra. I graziosi appartamenti, dotati di cucinotto e tinello, si affacciano su un bel giardino, attrezzato per vivere all’aperto.
VERDE OLIVA, offre a tutti gli ospiti dei gradevolissimi soggiorni in un ambiente verde e tranquillo. Si possono fare passeggiate nei boschi retrostanti o nei campi che la circondano. In autunno si può partecipare alla vendemmia o alla raccolta delle olive. La fattoria mette a disposizione degli ospiti un forno a legna e un grill, sedie a sdraio, tavolini al sole od ombreggiati. Il parcheggio è interno.
Naturalmente si possono acquistare dell’ottimo vino, del genuino vinsanto e dell’eccezionale olio extra vergine d’oliva, prodotti dall’azienda.
La posizione della fattoria VERDE OLIVA, consente agli ospiti di raggiungere, in pochissimi minuti, il cuore di FIRENZE, e di visitare i dintorni anch’essi ricchi di antichi monumenti e di eventi culturali e folcloristici. E per chi ama la moda, fare shopping al fantastico outlet THE MALL di Leccio, a circa 10 km.

The farm VERDE OLIVA is located in via Roma 602, about 7 km from Bagno a Ripoli, the main city, in the direction of San Donato in Collina; 12 Km from the historical centre of Florence, 9 Km from the A1 toll booth, Firenze Sud exit and 13 Km from the A1 toll booth, Incisa exit.
SITA public bus service runs every day (daytime only).

VERDE OLIVA is an ancient farm that dates back to the 15th century. All the buildings have been completely refurbished, amongst which our cute little jar store and lovely cellar, the two bedrooms and the independent apartments that derive from an attractive conversion of the old stone hay-barns

The two bedrooms with bathrooms are furnished in the traditional style and equipped with a fridge and all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing breakfast and cold dishes that you can enjoy inside the rooms or outdoors on the beautiful and spacious stone patio. The pretty apartments, which dispose of a kitchen corner and dinette, overlook the wonderful garden, equipped for outdoor living.

VERDE OLIVA offers its guests the opportunity to relax in a peaceful and quiet environment. Such location encourages visitors to take long walks through the woods and fields situated to the rear of the facility. In autumn guests can attend the grape and olive harvest. Our farm puts at the guests’ disposition a wood - fired oven and a grill, deckchairs and tables either under the sun or in the shade.
We dispose of an indoor parking lot.
Of course, it is possible to purchase excellent wine, genuine Vin Santo and delicious extra virgin olive oil produced in the farm
Thanks to its location, VERDE OLIVA allows guests to easily reach the heart of FLORENCE and visit the surroundings, rich of historical monuments and where many cultural and folkloristic events take place.
