The cottage Our agriturismo looks out over the
wonderful Valle di Chio, a small Tuscan valley which borders Umbria.
Valle di Chio has maintained throughout the years it’s rural
agriculture traditions and classic Tuscan countryside.
This valley, still unknown to many, frames our agriturismo, where we
produce our extra virgin olive oil. And it is here, nestled
between the olive groves, chestnut trees and forest, our beautiful house
is situated. The cottage is spacious and comfortable (290 mq) and has
been recently renovated in “stile toscano” in both it’s architecture and
furnishings. It can accommodate 6 quests with the possibility of adding
two extra beds.
On the ground floor, we find a large hall with a fireplace, a
completely accessorized kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry
room.
Going up the wooden steps to the first floor, there is a sitting
room, perfect for reading and relaxing.
Then there is the master bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with
two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with
a shower and bathtub.
The two floors are connected outside by stone steps with a typical
loggetta.
Outside, the spacious grounds are totally fenced with plenty of
shade. There is a playground for children, hammocks and benches, a
gazebo with a picnic table looking out over the valley, and a barbecue
for cooking delicious meals. Higher up from the house is a completely
equipped pool (5x12) with a panoramic view, surrounded in the essence of
Tuscany.
We offer you the possibility of a vacation immersed in the peaceful
hills with our house completely at your disposal, far away from
noise and in complete tranquillity. To stay at Fonte Vinaglia is to
relish Tuscany in it’s purest form….the sun, silence and nature will
take care of all the rest.
Services and activities at the agriturismo
Independent house, private pool, satellite TV,
dishwasher, washing machine, fan, ping pong, wood oven, espresso
machine, hairdryer, child’s crib free available upon request daily maid
service (fee extra), children's play area, fitness corner - microwave
oven, blender, toaster, coffee percolator, safe, During the season,
guests can participate in Fonte Vinaglia’s olive harvest selling local
products.
Rules
-The prices we give include IVA (tax).
-Includes weekly change of linens in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen.
-Includes water, electricity, gas, and wood for fireplace.
-heating on request, fee based on consumption.
-Minimum three night stay, except high season.
-25,00 euro per week for pets.
-Cash security deposit of 300,00 euro.
-Compulsory final cleaning 100,00 euro.
-Optional daily maid service is 10,00 euro and hour.
-The pool is open from May to September
-Easter, Christmas time and New Years Eve are consider middle season. |
