The fabulous Villa dates back to the early1900. The house is part of a large estate which produces extra virgin olive oil. Here in the hills outside the idyllic old town of Loro Ciuffenna it is possible to enjoy the outstanding scenery.

The Villa set in the landscape (450m.above sea level), is quite cool even in the height of Summer.

The villa is reachable by car, 3km from Loro Ciuffenna and then by an unmade private road (700m).

Ground floor: a panoramic loggia, where you can eat outside most part of the year, hall, living room with fireplace , kitchen-dining room and bathroom with shower.

First floor: three double bedrooms (one of which with a single bed ), a twin bedroom with a single sofa-bed added and bathroom with shower.

The Villa has also washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV ,bicycles (free use), microwave, freezer , iron , filter coffee machine, bed and high chair for children, etc..

Around the Villa there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture, table-tennis, barbecue, wood burning oven, bowling green, swimming-pool (10x5) with fantastic view.

If you want, you can buy extra virgin oil of Villa Fabbriola production. On request, the owners can prepare typical Tuscan dinners.

A breakage deposit of  € 260  must be given on arrival, it is refunded provided nothing has been damaged.

In the price are included : light, cold and warm water, gas for kitchen,  electricity.  Heating is not included, it costs € 5 m3 . Obligatory final cleaning € 11 per person with a minimum of   € 73 .

The swimming pool is open from 29/04 to 14/10.

No pets. Arrival must be between 3.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. on Saturday. Departure  within 10.00 a.m. on Saturday.
